I am a school and clinical psychologist and cofounder of Thrive Collective. I want to put my skills to work for you. I’ll bring my experiences from many educational and clinical settings and leadership opportunities and use them to help you reach your personal goals.
My treatment plans use evidence-based, proven strategies delivered with compassion. That means you’ll get good science and smart suggestions offered to you with patience and understanding. My professional experiences with diverse people let me offer practical support, right now, to move forward. We can include family/school professionals as needed into your care so that we boost opportunities for success.
Are you smart and successful but feel “stuck” in your life or relationships? Do you feel overwhelmed, scattered, or like you will never reach your goals in life? Are you wondering if you have ADHD or Autism (previously Asperger’s)? Does it feel like everyone but you is thriving? I work with children, adolescents and adults to resolve these challenges.
College students! Are these the “best years of your life”? No? Then let’s talk and see what we can do to improve your situation.
Dr. Menon is able to provide therapy via telehealth under the authority of PSYPACT in the following PSYPACT participating states: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington, DC.
Each person who comes into my office has their own unique story to tell. I can’t wait to hear it. I will partner with you in a safe, accepting, and confidential space to understand the “whole picture” of your life first, then explore solutions that will meet your needs. Then in sessions together, we will work on managing your stress, trying out new strategies, and changing your direction successfully. I have the expertise to evaluate and treat a range of psychological and behavioral problems in children, adolescents, and adults. I’m happiest professionally when I’m doing individual and family therapy or school consultations. I love coaching and teaching the skills to tame your anxiety, be organized and be in charge of your life, to help clients crack the “social code” to have fun, and to improve their relationships or make new ones.
